We’ve shipped one of our biggest updates yet — built around a simple idea: the more we know about who a video is for, the more we can do for you.
🎯 Choose who a video is for #
You can now pick the contact before you record. Do that, and every way you share the video is tracked to that person — not just Gmail and Outlook, but also text messages, copied links, embeds, and share links. Opens, plays, clicks, and replies all attribute to that contact, and your CRM automations fire for them.
Don’t have the person saved yet? Add them on the spot — and optionally add them to your CRM — without leaving the flow. Sending to a tag, list, or broadcast instead? That path works exactly as it always has.

📱 QR codes for your watch pages #
Turn any video’s watch page into a downloadable QR code. Print it on a letter, a flyer, a business card, or a banner — when someone scans it, they land on your branded, tracked watch page. Pair it with a chosen contact and every scan is attributed to them. Best of all, a printed code never expires.

✉️ Cc on Gmail and Outlook sends #
Loop in a teammate or manager without making them the main recipient. When you send through your connected Gmail or Outlook account, just click Cc and add their address — like a normal email.
⏱️ Longer videos for Premium #
Premium members and trial users can now record or upload videos up to 10 minutes — double the previous limit. Perfect for demos, walkthroughs, and training.
✨ And a bunch of polish #
- Starting a new video now begins fresh — no leftover details from your last send.
- More accurate engagement stats, with a new “watched” indicator on My Videos.
- Your connected email integrations now show their provider logos.
- A fix for the Scheduled Emails page so it loads reliably.
📲 Update your mobile app #
All of this is live on the web app today. The mobile app update (v1.2.0) is also live now on the App Store and Google Play — update to get recipient-first sending, Cc, longer videos, and more on your phone.
