Record longer videos (up to 10 minutes on Premium)

1 min read

Premium members — and anyone on a free trial, which includes the full Premium experience — can now record or upload videos up to 10 minutes, double the previous 5-minute limit. More room for demos, walkthroughs, training, and detailed proposals.

Step 1 — Check your plan #

  1. The 10-minute limit applies to Premium plans and active trials.
  2. Essentials and Business plans record up to 5 minutes.

Success check: On Premium or a trial, the recorder lets you keep going past 5 minutes, up to 10.

Step 2 — Record or upload as usual #

  1. Start a new video and record — the timer now allows up to 10 minutes.
  2. Or upload an existing video file up to the same 10-minute length.

Success check: Your full-length video records or uploads without being cut off at 5 minutes.

Tips and best practices #

  • Longer isn’t always better — keep cold outreach short, and save the 10-minute length for demos, onboarding, and training where the extra time earns its keep.
  • Longer videos take a little longer to process after recording; the watch page is ready as soon as processing finishes.

Troubleshooting #

My recording still stops at 5 minutes.
You’re likely on an Essentials or Business plan. Upgrade to Premium (or start a trial) for the 10-minute limit.

I’m on Premium but the mobile app caps me at 5 minutes.
The 10-minute limit on the mobile app arrives with app version 1.2.0 — update from the App Store or Google Play.
