The My Emails page is where you prepare and send video-powered outreach.

What You Can Do #

• Select recipients and subject lines
• Insert/share a chosen video
• Send through connected integration
• Use templates/workflows (if enabled)

Typical Flow #

1. Open My Emails.
2. Choose sender/integration.
3. Select a video from your library.
4. Draft subject/body.
5. Insert snippet/link.
6. Send test, then send live.

Pre-Send Checklist #

• At least one active integration connected
• Correct sender account selected
• Video preview/link tested
• CTA included

If Send Is Blocked #

• Confirm active integration on /integration
• Reconnect provider if status is stale
• Verify account is active (not inactive/trial-expired)
