Integration Setup: Google/Gmail

Connect Google to enable sending/tracking via your authorized account.

Before You Start #

• You must be logged into MyVideo.Email
• Use the Google account you want to send from
• Popups should be allowed in browser

Connect Google #

1. Go to Integrations (/integration).
2. Under Available Integrations, click Google.
3. Select the correct Google account.
4. Review and approve requested permissions.
5. Return to MyVideo.Email.

Confirm Connection #

In Connected Integrations, Google should appear as connected, often with account label info.

If Connection Fails #

• Retry connect flow from /integration
• Ensure you completed consent flow fully
• Confirm browser didn’t block popup/redirect
• Log out/in and re-check status

Disconnect/Reconnect Google #

1. In Connected Integrations, click Disconnect on Google.
2. Reconnect using steps above.
3. Re-test sending/tracking.
