Install the MyVideo.Email Chrome Extension

The MyVideo.Email Chrome extension is currently in pre-release and not yet listed in the Chrome Web Store.
Use the steps below to download and install it manually in Chrome.

Before You Start #

• Use a desktop/laptop computer with Google Chrome installed.
• You must have a MyVideo.Email account and login.

Step 1: Go to the Chrome Web Store #

1. Click “Add to Chrome”
2. Install the extension

Step 2: Pin the Extension #

1. Click the puzzle icon in Chrome toolbar.
2. Find MyVideo.Email.
3. Click the pin icon so it stays visible.

Step 3: Open and Sign In #

1. Click the MyVideo.Email extension icon.
2. Log in with your MyVideo.Email account.
3. If prompted, allow required browser permissions (camera/microphone).

Updating to a New Version #

The extension will automatically update when new versions are available.

Uninstalling the Extension #

1. Go to chrome://extensions.
2. Find MyVideo.Email.
3. Click Remove.

Troubleshooting #

• Camera/mic not working: Check Chrome site/extension permissions and retry.
• Extension seems out of date: Remove the extension and reinstall from the Chrome Web Store.
