Error Messages Reference: Meaning and Fixes

Common messages and what to do.

“No active integrations” #

Meaning: No provider is currently live for sending/tracking.
Fix: Connect at least one integration in /integration.

“Permission dismissed/denied. Allow camera/mic…” #

Meaning: Browser permission prompt was denied/dismissed.
Fix: Re-run Enable Camera and allow camera/mic permissions.

“Failed to connect provider” #

Meaning: OAuth/authorization flow did not complete successfully.
Fix: Retry connection, complete consent flow, check popup blocking.

“Signup failed while creating your CRM contact…” #

Meaning: Contact sync with CRM failed during signup.
Fix: Retry shortly; if persistent, check backend CRM API logs and payload mapping.

“You already have an active account” #

Meaning: Email already exists and is tied to an active account context.
Fix: Use login flow (or reset password) instead of re-registering.

“Must confirm email before login” #

Meaning: Account requires email confirmation first.
Fix: Open confirmation email and click confirm link.

“Account inactive / reactivate subscription” #

Meaning: Trial/subscription not active.
Fix: Owner reactivates in billing/account area.
