Turn any video’s watch page into a QR code you can download and print. Add it to a letter, a flyer, a business card, or a trade-show banner — when someone scans it with their phone, they land on your branded watch page and start watching.
Because it points to a tracked watch page, you still see the opens and plays. And when you make the code for a one-to-one video (using Choose who a video is for), scans are attributed to that contact and can trigger your CRM automations.
Step 1 — Open the QR code #
You can get a QR code in three places:
- Right after you send a video — on the “Email sent” screen, click Get a QR code for this watch page.
- After generating a Watch Page link — in the record editor, the Get QR Code button sits next to Copy Link.
- From My Emails — on any Watch Page row, click the QR code button.
Success check: A pop-up opens showing the QR code for that watch page.
Step 2 — Download or copy it #
- Click Download PNG to save a high-resolution image you can drop into print materials.
- Or click Copy link to grab the underlying URL.
Success check: The QR image is in your downloads, ready to place in a document.
Tips and best practices #
- For a single prospect, use it with “Choose who a video is for.” Pick the contact first, then make the QR — every scan is tied to that person and can fire your automations. This is ideal for a printed letter mailed to one prospect.
- A printed QR doesn’t expire. Each scan generates a fresh, secure link to the watch page, so a code you printed weeks ago keeps working.
- Don’t reuse a one-to-one code for a crowd. A QR is one-to-many by nature — if it’s tied to a single contact, every scan is attributed to that contact. For a flyer handed to many people, generate the code from a regular (non-contact) watch page.
Troubleshooting #
The QR window says the video is no longer available.
The video for that watch page was deleted, so there’s nothing to link to. Use a video that’s still in your library.
Scanning my phone on my computer screen doesn’t open anything.
Some screens/cameras struggle with on-screen codes. Download the PNG and scan the printed or full-size image instead.
