Connect Google to enable sending/tracking via your authorized account.
Before You Start #
- You must be logged into MyVideo.Email
- Use the Google account you want to send from
- Popups should be allowed in browser
Connect Google #
- Go to Integrations (/integration).
- Under Available Integrations, click Google.
- Select the correct Google account.
- Review and approve requested permissions.
- Return to MyVideo.Email.
Confirm Connection #
In Connected Integrations, Google should appear as connected, often with account label info.
If Connection Fails #
- Retry connect flow from /integration
- Ensure you completed consent flow fully
- Confirm browser didn’t block popup/redirect
- Log out/in and re-check status
Disconnect/Reconnect Google #
- In Connected Integrations, click Disconnect on Google.
- Reconnect using steps above.
- Re-test sending/tracking.
