Use this guide for sending directly from MyVideo.Email workflows.
Before Sending #
- Ensure at least one integration is active in /integration
- Select the correct video in your library
- Confirm account is active (trial/paid state supports sending)
Send Workflow #
- Go to My Emails.
- Choose sender/integration account.
- Select recipient(s).
- Add subject and message.
- Insert video snippet/link.
- Click Send.

- Subject is specific and relevant
- Message is short and personalized
- Single clear CTA
- Video preview/link verified
If Send Fails #
- Reconnect integration
- Re-login to refresh session
- Retry with test recipient
