Inserting Video Snippets into Emails

Video snippets make your message more clickable and engaging.

Insert Snippet (Preferred) #

1. Open your compose window.
2. Open MyVideo.Email extension.
3. Select your video.
4. Click Insert Snippet (or equivalent action).
5. Verify snippet appears correctly in message body.

Copy/Paste Fallback #

If direct insertion fails:

1. Click Copy Snippet in extension.
2. Paste into compose body manually.
3. Validate final render in draft preview.

Formatting Tips #

• Keep one snippet per message
• Add a one-line lead-in above snippet
• Keep CTA below snippet short and clear

Pre-Send Test #

Send to yourself first and verify:

• Snippet renders correctly
• Links open expected video
• Tracking behavior is working (if enabled)
