Email Confirmation and Account Activation

This article explains how account confirmation works for new users.

Why Confirmation Is Required #

Email confirmation verifies ownership of the address and protects account security.

Owner Trial Signup Activation #

1. Complete trial signup form.
2. Check inbox for confirmation email.
3. Click Confirm Email button.
4. Return to login and sign in.

Until confirmed, login is blocked.

Invited User Activation #

1. Open invitation email.
2. Click setup link.
3. Create password.
4. Log in to MyVideo.Email.

Didn’t Receive Email? #

• Check spam/junk/promotions
• Confirm you used the correct email address
• Wait 1–2 minutes and retry
• Request resend if available

Link Expired or Invalid #

Request a fresh confirmation/invite email and use the newest link only.

Activation Success Check #

You should be able to log in and see your expected role-based access after completion.
